In the Twigsee app, we make sure that children's data is as safe and secure as possible. The entire system is fully GDPR compliant and no data, including photos, is stored on your phone or computer. Data is stored on highly secure cloud servers and no one can access the app without specific login credentials. Parents give consent to the nursery or playgroup to process personal data under GDPR via a form and if they do not wish their child to be photographed, they can indicate this on the form. The app clearly shows next to the child's profile whether the parents have confirmed their consent.
With the online admissions process at Twigsee, you can do away with lengthy paperwork. Parents simply fill in an online form which is sent to them by email. Based on the information entered, the necessary printable documents (registration sheets, etc.) are automatically generated and only need to be signed at the meeting with the parents. The whole process is carried out in accordance with current legislation and GDPR and can be set up as a one-off or continuous process.

The data filled in by parents in the online enrolment form is automatically saved in the register and all the necessary documents, such as the Registration Certificate, are generated. In Twigsee you can also record additional information, programs, payments, personal notes and much more. Educators then have the most important information about children, including allergies, medical restrictions, and pick-up information, right in the Twigsee mobile app at the click of a button.

They can also read information about the school that the school has chosen to display.
