Parents can excuse children in Twigsee with just a few clicks on the mobile app. The excuse is sent immediately and the parent receives a confirmation of receipt. The school or playgroup no longer has to manually record excuses from texts or phone calls. The excuse slip is automatically reflected in the attendance register and in all relevant systems. In addition, it allows the nursery and playgroups to quickly and easily order the correct number of lunches and automatically recalculate the meal allowance on the bill, and also handles refunds for excused absences.
In the Twigsee app, we make sure that children's data is as safe and secure as possible. The entire system is fully GDPR compliant and no data, including photos, is stored on your phone or computer. Data is stored on highly secure cloud servers and no one can access the app without specific login credentials. Parents give consent to the nursery or playgroup to process personal data under GDPR via a form and if they do not wish their child to be photographed, they can indicate this on the form. The app clearly shows next to the child's profile whether the parents have confirmed their consent.
With the online admissions process at Twigsee, you can do away with lengthy paperwork. Parents simply fill in an online form which is sent to them by email. Based on the information entered, the necessary printable documents (registration sheets, etc.) are automatically generated and only need to be signed at the meeting with the parents. The whole process is carried out in accordance with current legislation and GDPR and can be set up as a one-off or continuous process.
Twigsee will make it easy for you to work with the baby registry and ensure that you always have all the necessary information about each child at hand. The data filled in by parents in the online enrolment form is automatically saved in the register and all the necessary documents, such as the Registration Certificate, are generated. Twigsee enables easy and efficient communication with parents and the entire parent center or playgroup. This way, parents have everything clearly organised in one place on the mobile app and can only see what is relevant to their child. Twigsee simplifies the administrative work involved in calculating school fees and meal allowances. Thanks to the automatic calculation based on actual child attendance and excuse slips, you get rid of tedious manual calculations and errors. All information is clearly available in the system, so there is no need to pass information between teachers, management and the housekeeper. You can also specify whether you prefer separate or combined payments, and decide whether you want parents to receive a transcript of the payment along with a QR code.
Twigsee offers you an interactive class book designed on the basis of the SEVT standard and the Framework Education Programme (FEP).
